The webshop shop.tanker.ee (hereinafter Webshop) is owned by Tanker Brewery OÜ (registry code 12724720), located at Kesk tee 10A, 75301 Jüri, Estonia.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Web Store. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated with the products. The delivery fee is added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer when placing the order. Product information is available in the Online Store directly at the item.
Goods can be ordered by a person of at least 18 years of age. You have to add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and choose the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee will then be displayed in euros, which can be paid either on receipt of the goods at the online store or via the Pay Center via the following bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank, Pocopay, Liisi ID and Finora Capital. The Agreement shall enter into force upon receipt of the amount due into the bank account of the Online Shop. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the expiration of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer shall be informed at the earliest opportunity and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) shall be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of dispatch.
It is possible to pick up the goods at the online shop after confirming the order. The goods are shipped to Omniva and Itella parcel machines in Estonia. The cost of shipping the goods is paid by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 business days after the sale. In exceptional cases, delivery may take place up to 14 calendar days. The buyer must be at least 18 years old. When delivering to parcel machine, the age of the buyer is checked on the basis of the ID card, therefore the payer of the goods must also be the consignee of the goods.
Right of withdrawal
After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded within the e-shop within 14 days [depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw; The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person. In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing at the physical store. If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Web Store shall have the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the value of the goods. To return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal application to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (eg, a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has delivered the goods to the carrier within the said period. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Shop shall refund to the Purchaser any fees received from the Purchaser under the Agreement immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the application for withdrawal. The online shop may refuse to refund until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or the buyer has provided proof of return, whichever is earlier. If the buyer has explicitly opted for a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Web Store, the Web Store does not have to reimburse the consumer for any cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery method. The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to reclaim the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop is mistakenly marked below the market price of the goods.
Right to claim
The Webshop shall be liable for any lack of conformity or defect in the goods sold to the Purchaser, which existed at the time of delivery of the item. The purchaser has the right to contact the webshop within two months at the latest, by sending an email to email@example.com or by calling 677 7270. The webshop is not responsible for defects that have arisen after delivery of the goods to the buyer. If any item purchased from the Web Store has defects for which the Web Store is responsible, the Web Store will repair or replace the defective item. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Web Store shall refund to the Purchaser all the fees incurred in the contract of sale. The online shop responds to a consumer complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store will use the personal information (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) entered by the buyer only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to the companies providing the transport service in order to deliver the goods and the data necessary for making payments to the Payment Center. The webshop will only send newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address if the buyer has requested to do so by entering an email address on the website and announcing their wish to receive direct mail notifications. Buyers may opt-out of email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or following the instructions in the email containing the offers. Dispute Resolution If the Buyer has any complaints about the Web Store, they should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 677 7270. If the Buyer and the Web Store fail to resolve the dispute by agreement, the Buyer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the Web Store. The Commission's review of the buyer's complaint is free of charge. The buyer can turn to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
