West Coast IPA 7,2%
Jam72 is a sneaky IPA you keep smelling and sipping until you get drunk.
We aimed for spicy/grapefruit tones to be dominant with little maltiness. Its not an ideal choice if you want your tongue numb from bitterness though.Värv:
A mug of this beer contains 10 grams of hops, and the alcohol content of two shots of tequila. This beer doesn’t want to meet your requirements. This beer doesn’t want to be rolled around in your glass, next to a nice meal. This beer doesn’t want you to feel nice aromas of passionfruit, red currants, pines or curry leaves. Let your tie loose, admit it was a hard day, order a round and you will see, it will get better. Much better.Värv:
Intoductory mead of our sub-brand Mead Scientist.
Hydromel with Raspberries, Yuzu and Mango.
For a hydromel you are looking at a medium strength (6-7 %) fruity sweet mead. We think it can be a real relief after all the regular crazy beer styles. It is also a lot of fun for us to learn a new thing.Värv:
Berliner Weisse with Tarragon 3,5%
Ok, this one is mindblowing. You might think I’m
over exaggerated. But let me tell you whats in it:
So this is a Berliner Weisse with Tarragon. Ever
heard of it? Yes? You are a gourmet! If not (thats
ok!) let me tell you! Wiki: “Tarragon is one of the
four fines herbes of French cooking, and is
particularly suitable for chicken, fish, and egg
dishes. Tarragon is the main flavoring component
of Béarnaise sauce. Fresh, lightly bruised sprigs of
tarragon are steeped in vinegar to produce tarragon
vinegar.” Now this in a sour beer? Super crazy and
sexy. And ohh my god its tasty! The sourcherry
taste is dominant in this from the tarragon and the
sourness of the beer. Treat yourself right and have
one of these as soon as possible!Värv:
